At Galactic Empire, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we are here to help with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

1. Eligibility

a. You may be eligible for a return or exchange if you have purchased a product directly from Galactic Empire and the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is not listed under our non-returnable items (e.g., personalized or customized items).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Gift cards.

3. Returns

a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@galactic-empire.co.uk. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the product.

b. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

c. Upon receiving the returned item and confirming that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to be processed.

4. Exchanges

a. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@galactic-empire.co.uk. You will be provided with instructions on how to exchange the product.

b. You may be responsible for any price difference between the original product and the product for which you are exchanging, along with any applicable shipping costs.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days of receiving the returned product and will be issued to the original payment method. If you haven't received the refund after the specified period, please contact your payment provider.
